Welcome to ScentsApp.com (“Scents,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the SCENTS mobile application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use SCENTS.

By using the Service, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Some features require creating an account or signing in through Apple Sign-In.

You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Ensuring your login credentials are not shared
• All activity under your account

3. Subscription & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. All purchases are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases.

By subscribing, you agree that:
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You may cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings
• We do not issue refunds for partially used subscription periods

Pricing may change, and any changes will be communicated through the App Store.

4. User Content

You may upload or input content such as fragrance logs, closet items, profile details, or interactions within the app (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
• Store and display your content within the app
• Operate and improve the Service

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Recommendations

SCENTS provides AI-powered fragrance recommendations and insights.
All AI outputs are for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee accuracy, performance, or suitability of any recommendation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
• Harass or harm other users

Violation of these rules may lead to account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, text, designs, code, and other materials within SCENTS are our exclusive property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

SCENTS may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors or analytics tools.

We are not responsible for:
• Their content
• Their privacy practices
• Their terms of service

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We disclaim all warranties, including:
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of recommendations
• Availability of the Service without interruption

Your use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Issues arising from third-party services or recommendations

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.
